Horrible customer service or non at all to say the least! There's no one to talk to.its all about the money once the money is in their pocket its over.we spend a lot of money there & we're sorry we stepped in that store, never again. Be careful. Btw i answered all your phone calls & your emails We bought chairs for over 15000.00 & you're saying the Torah! If chairs came defective you return it,that's it! Who needs your phone calls? you call that customer service,really now? Our experience at Furniture Village has been 5 stars all the way. Their customer service is outstanding. Mr. Gelbman and Mr. Braun both worked with us for a long time on different visits, patiently assisting, measuring and advising. Mr. Braun was inventive and suggested getting our DR table top and base from different companies and he successfully expedited a leather sample that we needed quickly.
