Rent-A-Center — Local services in Town of Richland

If I could give zero stars I would. They called my references looking for me when my $28 payment was a day late when they have gotten paid EVERY WEEK FOR OVER A YEAR. Not to mention my phone starts ringing (and getting multiple texts) the day my payment is due... not late just the due date. If you're going to use them make sure you sign up for auto pay so they can't embarrass you to your references if you're accidentally late a day... or just go on Marketplace or Amazon. At least you won't be paying 10x the price for the cheapest model available, only to have your references harassed for being a day late on...

The store has declined over the past year, I was a loyal customer until recent. The staff do not care to help customers, there’s always a wait even when the store is empty. They start blowing your phone up first thing in the morning when your bill is due instead of allowing you time to make the payment even when you make all payments. Customer service is always amazing when I use rent a center. Does get to be a little expensive but the convenience of rent a center is why I will always continue to use them. All these appliances are breaking sooner then later and we don't always have the cash flow to replace right away. So it's amazing to have rent a center so close to home.
