Located near Poughkeepsie, approximately 100 miles from NYC, Awosting Falls & Water Reserve is a hidden gem worth visiting, especially when exploring the Walkway Over the Hudson area.
Trail & Falls: The 1.5-mile long trail leads to a stunning fall area with a small water lake, perfect for flashing and cooling down on a hot day. Note: Swimming is not recommended, as the water source is from the street, as warned by Park & Recreation employees.

You’ll definitely love it and it’s...
