Walgreen — Local services in Town of Sidney

Worst pharmacy ever. First person in line waited 25 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. Never once have had normal experience here. Medication is either not filled 'lost' or they don't have your meds at all. If you'd like to wait around for them to possibly find your medication then this is the place for you. All the staff is rude and have sense of entitlement over you.

**update Went here once again - told me I could not get my prescription bc it was a day early.. they just hadn't filled it yet and did not want to take the five minutes out of their lives to do so. Most of the people that work here will pretty much decide when you can fill your prescription. I called they say earlier they said it would be ready the next day.. Since they have switched to Walgreen's there have been long lines and wait times. The last time I was there, there were 7 people behind the counter all crowded around the pharmacist. They also did not have the medication my son needed. I had to contact the doctor to have them send the scrip to another pharmacy. Walgreen's did not cancel the script in their system so I had to call the insurance company to get this resolved only to find out I had to call Walgreen's to get them to cancel the script. I have been sitting on hold for 5 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this...

Riteaid called and said medication was ready to be picked up. Then by thursday I had more medications filled , I go friday and the pharmacy is closed due to switching to Walgreens, come Sunday they have me wait over 10 minutes just to tell there are no medications?? What kind of service is this. And since when after being after being asked for the name and date of birth are you asked what are the medications ????????!!!!!!!! Horrible so what am I to do about my now empty inhaler that should have been filled Thursday ? Because medications were forgotten to be filled...
