I have to say that I do like Gavin‘s food but the service that I have had has not been so well. There are some nice people that work there, but there is an older lady that worked last night that answers the phone and happens to be very miserable, very rude and very unaccommodating. First, you spend $15 for a dozen wings and they won’t split them to get two flavors, but they’ll send them to you naked with the two sauces. Why can’t they just shake them up and do a split order, like every where else? Why did I get such a bad attitude just for asking? I was being very nice and very polite. Really I got a bad attitude from the minute she answered the phone tonight. To top that off, I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and my daughter does not like onions. I asked her if she could not add onions on the second half of the sub. She got very irritated and she “Well, he doesn’t do that. He either puts them on the whole thing or none at all!” So I’m spending a bunch of money on an order and I get a very very bad attitude and not a single accommodation. That’s not right. I was very nice and just ordered it like she said to and left it at that. I just didn’t deserve that. Honestly, if my daughter did not want wings so bad, I probably just would’ve canceled my order and ordered somewhere else. I don’t know what is wrong with customer service these days, but honestly, if you don’t like working with customers, you can’t be friendly and let alone accommodating, well then you shouldn’t be in this field! Read moreCELIAC FRIENDLY!!! Myhusband and I stopped in today as we were passing by. We have been there before and knew they have excellent pizza. Today was our first time stopping in since my celiac diagnosis. I asked for a gluten free pizza. I was given the option of regular gluten free crust or cauliflower. I got the regular with garlic white sauce and pickles. They asked if it was for an allergy. The man making the pizza changed his gloves. When my pizza came out, it was in its own metal tray.
