Roasted Coffee House — Restaurant in Town of Sidney

I am a resident of Sidney, and I had passed by this place way too many times without stopping in to check it out. So yesterday my boyfriend and I decided we would try it. We are both big supporters of local business, but small coffee shops can be hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are poorly crafted or the quality of the coffee is poor, but Roasted was the complete opposite. My latte was absolutely phenomenal, and as someone who has decent coffee knowledge myself and is fairly picky with my coffee drinks, I was extremely impressed. I was also really pleased with the amount of flavors available. The owner (?) was very welcoming and made our visit really pleasant. I also decided to pick up a molasses cookie, and it was the best molasses cookie I've ever had. Truly cannot recommend this spot enough, I love having something so delicious...

I asked for an iced latte, the man made it hot steamed the milk and pulled the shots and then apologized and said he accidentally made it hot and not iced. He then pours the hot latte over ice and hands it to me instead of re making the shots and using cold milk…the iced cup is warm my ice is melted I didn’t drink a sip and here I am at dunkin….. I worked as a barista for years and I don’t appreciate the lack of effort… it was your mistake not mine and you did not fix it… I will not be back Disgusting that you poured that steamed milk into an iced cup for your customer Do you see any ice on...

My wife and I frequent this exceptional coffee house at least weekly. Nothing is ever bad and if it's empty or cold (I drink hot coffee exclusively), Bill is quick to fix it. Bill engages each customer new and old, local or out of town, as a friend he hasn't seen in some time. I often go for the Bright and Bold or Costa Rican blend coffees. There are tons of extras on offer here as well! Breakfast sandwiches, soups during the cold months, various salads, skyr, and myriad sweet treats. I highly recommend Roasted.
