They have a great selection and variety of plants and prices were pretty good,the customer service I wasnt too keen on, the young lady working there was very helpful and nice but the elderly man and the woman/owner seemed quite grumpy,I was there for about an hour and no one asked if i needed any help, the one time that I did speak with im guessing the owner ,she was kind of rude and abrupt. I was there 2 days in a row and spent close to $300.00,which I don't mind because the plants are great quality and I prefer to spend my money with a small business but I wanted to ask a question and was kind of afraid to,I felt...

I just left Carols Plant Shed! I do not typically post a negative review as I try to support local business especially during these tough economic times ! While looking for plants to buy with the gift card I purchased for my mother for Mother’s Day , I placed a plant into one of the shabby wagons , and the plant accidentally toppled over ! I offered to both pay for the plant and clean up the mess and despite my efforts and apologies the owner berated me in front of my mother and all of the other customers !! She is NASTY and I will NEVER go there again ! She also lost the other customers who witnessed the owners...

I made the mistake of going here looking for some plants. The owner cursed me out after not buying anything after following me out to my car. In 30 years or retail I have never seen that. I went to another nursery nearby and started talking with one of the workers and told him what just happened and he told me they hear that all the time. Do not waste your time, the owner is crazy and does not deserve a dime of your money. Would be nice to...
