(store 807) since we walked in the door about doing an unopened box exchange, she told us instantly that william sonoma has no say in what she does at her store, she then said it wasn’t in her inventory, yet never even looked at the unopened box, we drove an hour to get here, everything william sonoma was stating on the phone, she was refusing. this is the most unprofessional experience i’ve ever received from a manager and i am a business owner. I love to cook and here at Williams-Sonoma everything is new, shiny, sparkling and tasteful. When I entered the store in Bridgehampton, there was a beautiful display. Often they have a table with homemade treats to purchase that demonstrate goodies that are made with their products. For the bride to be or anyone setting up their kitchen for the first time, they have it all from dishes, glassware, serving pieces, table cloths, napkins, and candles.
