American Pie Pizzeria - Bridgehampton — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

So This 4 star rating is for the overall amount of times I've been here compared to bad experiences. With that said tonight Sunday night January 31st 2021 I picked up a pie around 630 after being told it would be ready in 20-25 min seemed kind of long considering it wasn't very busy at all. The pie itself honestly tastes like it was a large cheese thats been sitting around to be used for slice sales and was re-heated a little to long. This was definitely not my favorite meal and I probably will not order Sunday nights if this is how the orders are treated. Any other night I love its amazing always good from pizza to heros to dessert. So would of been 5 stars but this night was bad. Very disappointing I was looking forward to pizza 🍕. Oh well it...

I can never get a nice veal parmesan hero and I figured I would try it from here. Oh my gosh! This is the only place I will ever get veal from again even though it's a bit of a trek for me. The veal was so tender and delicious, the sauce has a great flavor, the hero bread was fantastic and not crazy bready -- so extremely fresh! The fellow who served me was very nice and everything in the display case looked great. I wish I could have gotten one of everything, lol. Prices were great, smell was great, Italian music was great. They will definitely see me every time I pass...

I have been eating here for years and it’s absolutely delicious. I like to order plain slices everywhere to compare pizzerias and they have the best plain slice recipe ever, I say recipe because they have changed the way the are being made. The flavor is the same and delicious but I feel like they definitely have made the pies thinner and baking it for the same time making them hard when ordered and heated. Maybe they had a bad pie but the last few times I’ve been there they’ve been very thin ... THE reason why I stopped going to...
