I brought my laptop to Agent Mobile because of its consistent and frequent BSOD. I got my laptop in about a week, and throughout that period of time, Seth kept in contact with me consistently, giving me updates on the repair. After cleaning out some corrupted files and giving it an update, I found my laptop to be running faster while testing it out inside the shop. I was also told that if the laptop starts acting up again, that I can bring it back within a month, and they'd take another look at it, free of charge. It only cost me about $50 for the diagnostics. My experience with Agent Mobile has been a positive one, and I will most definitely be returning to them if I have any other tech issues in the future. They were incredibly helpful. Wonderful in-home experience...we are 2 retirees that needed a complete makeover for a home office including new desktop, screens, lighting, keyboard, re-wiring and clean-up from a ton of cords- you name it! New software and hardware - beautiful and fully functional and very exciting to be using all the latest & greatest with ease. A fully functional atmosphere. Also purchased a new iPhone with Brian's help and got the data transferred and now learning all the tricks... Moving along with Phase 2 - Brian did a thorough cleanup of a laptop - and now working towards a reinstall and creation of home office number 2 - with updated hardware and software etc. We are very satisfied and can't believe we waited this long. I took my Lenovo laptop in Agent Mobile, it just wouldn't boot up after shutting it down one night. I met with Morgan and explained to him what happened, we agreed on diagnostics. Well after inspecting we thought just a good cleanup of the hdd would solve the problem of the slow boot but it ended up needing to be wiped with a fresh windows 10 install. Morgan stayed in contact with me through their open portal on their website and by phone so I knew everything that was being done. He told me every cost upfront. I can't recommend Agent Mobile enough, the laptop runs better than I remember and if I need repair or upgrades I found a great shop...
