I called the store because my husband had gotten the wrong size shoes. Since he needed them for work, it was important for him to get the right size!! Problem was, my kids had gotten hold of the receipt and lost it!! I talked to a wonderful lady by the name of Angel!! Not only did she say we could exchange them for the right size, she also put the new size shoes aside with my husband's name on them so we could grab them the next day!! I needed a pair of sneaker with a box toe and wide width and we are in our eighties, the girl was very helpful and went out of her way looking for my size in a wide width. She was very pleasant even helped me up off the bench. Another gentleman came in and she excused her self to see if he needed help. She was back and forth helping of us. They have typical prices, some good sales on older shoes. Only thing that stinks is that they keep everything on the floor, so don't bother asking to look in the back. Although they only had one shoe in the box so I had to ask they to go get the other one if you like to make sure the feel comfortable before buying.
