Went in to buy a personal smoking pipe. Both me and the employee inspected the piece. It was a dark piece so not really hard to see any flaws. Looked great so I got it. Used it for the first time and right in the middle of use, it literally fell apart in my hand. I brought it back to the store and the same employee was there. She was very sorry and knew I had literally just bought it but told me there was nothing she personally could do. She called her manager and took down my number. She told me that corporate would be given a call to try and work this out but I received no response. Apparently this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. It seems like smokers choice is a type of shop that doesn't care about it's customers. Especially it's loyal ones. They are willing to sell shotty pieces and products and not care that they are scamming customers. So if you want to get ripped off, then smokers choice is your place. The fact that they won't even call me back just shows how shady they are. This is not a reflection of the employees as they have always been respectful. Seems like this is coming from the people that just sit back and collect the money. I'm sure we all know those people. I would highly recommend not purchasing much from this place. Just to give you a heads up of how considerate they are, they had an employee that tried to stop a robbery and almost got seriously injured, even possibly killed and the employee wanted to press charges but corporate overrode him and chose not to. Love to see how they take care of their employees and customers. Smoker's choice you need to do better....
Read moreOn Saturday February 9 my vape broke so I went to Smokers Choice to purchase a new one. I usually go to Vape World in Brockport. I purchased a $70.00 Armour Pro brand new sealed box along with a battery. I got home all excited to try my new vape..put the battery in..press power ...nothing. So I brought it back to store hoping it was just the battery...the clerk confirmed it was not the battery but something was wrong with the vape. He then proceeds to tell me I have to contact the maker of the product for a replacement.I said "i just want to exchange for a new one"he said NO all sales are final. I did not know this crazy policy before the purchase. I said "it is a brand new sealed product i should be able to exchange it". He said"its not our fault its not working". Well its certainly not my fault its not working...I find it mind boggling that they push this back to the customer. So now I had to purchase a different vape (from a different store) while waiting to hear back from Vaporesso the maker of my vape.I will never purchase anything from them again....

I bought a glass rig on a Sunday, I was the only customer there so I asked a few questions and needed some assistance from the only person working. A few people came in as I chose my items, no one seemed in a rush. As I cashed out, the attendant seemed unreasonably hurried to help the other customers, so he told me I'd have to wait for him to wrap my glass up, or do it myself. With years of retail experience, this is already poor service. I proceeded to pick up the rig, and he hadn't put the nail in securely. It fell out and broke as soon as I touched it. He refused to replace it, called his manager and she yelled at me over the phone for "making a scene" and thought it was reasonable for him not to package my glassware before moving on to the next customer.
