First off, this Burger King is one of a kind slow. I did a mobile order and still had to wait 10+ minutes for my food which was two breakfast sandwiches, 2 small hashbrowns and 2 small drinks; one orange juice and one small sprite. When I finally get my food and orange juice I tell the blonde girl up front that I was missing a small sprite. She tells me it only says one orange juice. I said my order was two drinks and she again replies there's only one orange juice. Now I could see if I said I was missing a triple Whopper but come on. I need to steal a small drink at a store that gives Flippin free refills? So I get my receipt off my mobile app and go back in to talk to the girl at the front and she literally turns her back and ignores me so I go to another girl and show her my receipt showing that I had two drinks and tell her the blonde girl said there was only one. After the second girl approaches the first she still says, "Uh it only said one." The second girl said well his receipt says two. I proceeded to say "I don't see what the problem is. I'm not asking for anything free. I just want what I paid for." The blonde girl then orders the second girl to get me the drink. Wow problem solved. That was tough. There's no reason to give any customer who is being polite attitude and there's absolutely no reason to give a customer attitude AFTER you're wrong. I guess I'll just have to avoid this BK...
Read moreI was never really a Burger King fan (just personal preference) but more recently I've been enjoying it more! The service has been friendly even when they are overwhelmingly busy and stress is high. As a customer that greatly adds to a positive experience especially when you yourself might have had a stressful day. Thank you to the Burger King employees! I understand it's not always easy and we often hear the negatives over the positives but keep up the good work because it does make a difference! I know for myself after a tough day, just the simple act of ordering some food from someone pleasant turns my day around! I hope that having nice customers cancels out the rude ones for you all too! I often customize my orders because I am picky. They have been consistently getting my orders correct. That's not saying I've never had an incorrect order. When that has happened though, they correct it without any issue. We are all human and mistakes happen, that's ok, what matters more is the response. More recently though, I have had no issues with my orders which is awesome! Brockport Burger King seems to care about getting orders correct and having good customer service.
