DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called on 9/13/22 and asked how much it would cost to have a plumber come out and fix our backed up sewage. The lady in the office told me it would cost $95 for the first half hour and then $34/quarter hour after that. She mentioned it would cost money for travel time as well. I told her that was fine. The plumbers arrived at 12:48 and left at 2:05 (we have cameras for proof). When the plumber completed the job he handed my husband the bill for $530. My husband said "What? That is not what my wife was quoted." and the plumber then pointed to his partner and said "it's double that amount." Everything was working when they left. I called and spoke to the manager, Jennifer, about the misleading price and she said "that is standard for plumbing, that you always have to pay for each plumber individually." I told her that it was not right for them to quote me the price that they did and then double it after the work was done. No matter if that is the "standard" for plumbing, they should have been upfront and honest with that in the beginning. She then told me that "it was a messy job, and we are lucky to have someone come the same day that we called." I then explained to her that that is apart of their job, plumbing is going to be "messy" and that my husband already had someone lined up the next day to come and fix it at a reasonable cost. The only reason we decided to go with them that day is because the cost was only a little higher than the other plumber. Had they been honest about the pricing when I called, we would have said "no thank you" and waited the next day for the more reasonably priced plumber. It was not a dire need situation. Our plumbing was fixed for about a whole 5 minutes, then it started to backup again. When I called this time, a different lady at the office gave me a million excuses of why it's not fixed and that they would have to come out a few more times to try and fix it and each time they would have to charge me. The following afternoon the service manager called me (on 9/14/22) and tried to explain to me how and why they cannot come and fix the problem. I asked him if he thought it was right for them to be misleading with the price, and he said "yes." He said that is the way it works, it's a two man job, you have to pay each man. I said that is fine if that is how it works, however, it is not okay for you to tell me the price and then double it in the end. THEY FIXED NOTHING AND CHARGED DOUBLE WHAT...
Read moreThey were contacted by my home warranty company to do some repairs and while the appliance guy came at the time we were told and did his job, the plumber did not show. They did not even bother to give us a courtesy call letting us know that he was not coming. When I called and the receptionist answered and was incredibly rude and condensing. She told me that I would never get a plumber to come to my house after 3pm and I would have to lock my dogs somewhere, leave my house unlocked and they would try get to it, but I was not a priority. Dont worry, I found a plumber that was able to help, without making me feel as if I was the world's biggest inconvenience and I will never...
Read moreWill not be doing business with Don’s again. If you want to keep loyal customers, I recommend a little more transparency with your charges. If you decide to send two plumbers or an entire fleet of plumbers, let the customer know and also let them know how much each plumber is going to cost. It just makes you seem less shady. We were expecting one plumber. We got two and the second one cost an extra $250. Was fixing a leak really a two person job? I guess you decided that it was before you even knew what the...
