10/10 We had Pete's Hoagie Roller as the food for our casual wedding September 14th. Our food was delicious. Our guests were accommodated at every turn including gluten free and vegan options. This was the first food call I made once we decided on using a food truck after our ceremony. I never regretted it for a second. They even threw in the gas for free as our wedding present. Think outside of the box for your next event and get a food truck. If you want the event to be done right, higher Pete's Hoagie Roller.

Pete's was at an event tonight and he was one of two food trucks that were at the event. Both food trucks were supposed to be there at 6pm. Pete's was right on time, actually early! The other truck was almost 2 hours late. Pete's handled the overflow of customers with such professionalism!!! There was only one person in Pete's food truck and he managed the customers by setting clear expectations of when the food would be ready and delivering great food at the expected time. When Pete rolls up, everyone is eating well that day! If you're under time constraints I recommend ordering online. Great ingredients make great food and great food takes time. Even so, Pete handles the lunch rush like the professional that he is, and very soon you have your order in your hands. Just remember, no matter whatever sandwich you order, don't forget the perfectly cooked fresh cut fries. Always go with the special and you won't regret it.
