Thrilled with my decision to walk into Conti Jewelers! Prior to choosing Conti, I was nervous that someone would push a ring on me that I was not 100% pleased with. I checked multiple jewelers prior to going to Conti, but none gave me the professionalism, knowledge, patience, or kindness that Julie and staff showed at Conti. I wanted a specific sized diamond with a band that made that diamond shine, but also was timeless and different than any other. Julie was able to help me bring that to life, along with easing my mind through the whole process. Not only was I able to create a perfect engagement ring, I was able to do it with the confidence I created it myself. Julie and staff were exceptional with timelines, willingness to go the extra mile for any and all changes I desired, and made the entire process exceedingly enjoyable.

Julie made sure to get the ring in by the date I had set to do it. She contacted me throughout the process with updates on my purchase and the with the next steps. Along with that, I never felt pressured in any way to do something I was uncomfortable with. After receiving the ring, my fiancé was able to come in and get the ring resized with the help of Julie. We brought it in that week and had it back by the weekend as Julie promised. Not only that, Conti offers exceptional deals for care of your ring for the entirety of having it, allowing it to continue to look brand new for years after purchase.

Conti Jewelers is my go-to! Great work, customer service and trustworthy. Love working with Chris and Jonathan! Chris is an excellent custom jewelry designer. Several years ago when still living in the Binghamton area Chris designed a new one-piece white gold ring using my yellow gold engagement and wedding rings. It’s beautiful! I regularly had it checked and cleaned. Fast forward to after we moved away. Every time we are in the area I have my rings and diamond bracelet checked and cleaned. The diamond bracelet links were beginning to wear and started breaking after fifteen years of daily wear. Chris redid all of the links on the bracelet. This meant leaving a very expensive piece of jewelry for 2-3 weeks. I wouldn’t have done that anywhere else. Recently while in the area I had my jewelry checked and cleaned. Jonathan found that one of the diamonds in one of my rings was chipped and causing movement in the diamond. The prongs were tightened before leaving town. Also, I needed to have one of my rings enlarged. This, too, was done before leaving the area. Developing a relationship with Conti employees has been a great experience for me. When you walk in the door, you are immediately welcomed. Jonathan calls me by name and is always a joy to work with. I highly recommend Conti Jewelers. When my fiance and I went to Conti Jewelers for thr first time, the first thing you notice is how inviting and helpful the staff was. You just tell them what you're looking for and they know exactly where to direct you. We went in to look for wedding bands while we were in town visiting my family, and at the time they were having a wedding expo going on at their store. The store was pretty busy but we were seen right away without having to wait at all. They offered to get my engagement ring cleaned for me and they made sure my prongs were good. Mind you my ring is from Pennsylvania and I've never stepped foot in this store before and I got a free ring cleaning while I picked out wedding bands. We found the perfect set of rings and got them engraved, when I received them about 4 weeks later they looked perfect and they even cleaned my engagement ring for me again. They told me right before the wedding come in again and they will make sure my rings are sparking for my big day. I highly recommend this store to anyone, they know what they are doing, they are very informative, have a large selection of wedding bands for both genders and they even have each size rings to try on. So I got a perfect fit and got to see what my ring would actually look like with my engagement ring.
