My wife and I could not be more pleased with Bill and his team from start to finish of our total kitchen remodel. Their workmanship, attention to detail and willingness to listen and incorporate our ideas and thoughts as the project went on are second to none. His team is super conscientious, always very neat & clean up as they work throughout the day. Bill also allowed us to pick items not in the initial design such as cabinet knobs and handles that my wife got on Etsy that were not user/installer friendly. Bill personally modified the hardware to work on our cabinets saying "We love problems and will go the extra mile to solution them." which he/they did every day. The quality of the cabinets, the tiles, countertop, sliding door and window are outstanding. Would like to add that Mike the carpenter has amazing woodworking skills and a keen eye on how things have to come together. Aaron the electrician went above and beyond to see to it that all of our light fixtures were perfectly placed and installed to our expectations. Never once during this entire process did we ever hear the words, "That can't be done." from any member of his team. Bill and his entire crew ( plumber, electrician, cartenter, tile guy, painter and plasterer) were amazing to work with from start to finish on my kitchen remodel. In the end they took down walls, moved windows replastered my ceilings and totally redesigned my kitchen. Several times I threw out some crazy ideas, Bill never dismissed them. He took time to look into them. He kept me within budget. He had amazing patience when I asked him to put things in my design only to ask him a few days later to take it out! Together we designed a kitchen that does everything I want including an incredible amount of storage. We even managed to design the kitchen so I still had a place for my cherished antique cherry ice cream table without making it a space that had to have something there to look great. Bill also works with other great vendors, I need say what a great job F and F construction did on my countertop, Awagha flooring in Owego for my floors and Vestal tile for my backsplash tiles. Having been scorned by a previous contractor it was hard to make a decision on who would redo our kitchen . We spoke to few contractors before deciding on Kitchen Concepts. Bill Starring worked with us on alleviating our fears and building trust . Bill’s quote includes everything and he coordinated all the services required. The plaster team was fantastic, William the plumber was accommodating and helpful with other issues, Aaron our electrician was patient and really cared about making our lighting special , Brian installed our beautiful tile , and of course Mike who pulled the project all together .
