I was taken back immediately where I was offered fresh cucumber water, and an assortment of teas (my favorite). They give you a sheet where your able to identify which areas you most want attention. I chose my neck, lower back, and feet. I was led to a dimly lit room. The air was filled with delicate oils and fragrances that were pleasurable, relaxing, and energizing. I've had many massages in my 37 years and this particular experience was the best I've ever had. It took all I had not to moan with pleasure throughout the entire 30 minutes. The oils she used were moisturizing and silky-smooth. She used some pumice on my feet that transformed my dry cracked heels into smooth and moisturized. The pressure she used on my tense muscles was perfect. Just once did I have to ask not so hard. She adjusted it quickly and continued to pay attention to all the right areas. Halfway through the massage I was wishing for longer. She kept my body warmed by the use of heated blankets, pillow placement, and hot wash clothes. When the massage ended I flipped over and the table I layed upon became a chair warming my bottom, lower back, and upper back all at once. It fit tightly down my back and held me upright all while processing the energies and state of relaxation it put me in. The therapist was professional, friendly, and skillful. I would highly recommend this spa and especially the therapist. I was gifted 2 small samples that smelled incredible, worked perfectly, and ...
Read moreI went here with 3 friends to get pedicures for my friend's birthday. There are 2 pedicure stations; the foot bath bubbler was broken on one of the chairs. One person doing pedicures seemed good; the person I had was not. The order that things were done was very strange (painted my nails before finishing the pedicure, so the nail polish kept getting messed up) and they use some kind of callus remover gel that got on the back of my heels and ended up making my skin super raw. Also cut my nails extremely short, and not a good paint job (which got messed up because they were putting lotion on/massaging right after painting the nails). My friend had the same experience with her pedicure with this person (also had the same issue with the back of her heels getting raw)

Read moreI hope the management at this hotel/waterpark open their eyes. The GM on multiple occasions would not talk to guest that ask for him.The front desk attendant was put in a bad situation I know for 24 hrs. Being told we could not cancel when the waterpark closed the day before our arrival. Causing us a few days of stress which I feel was unnecessary. The employees I came in contact with did the best they could under the circumstances. (Cuddos) Now for this General Manager! In 25 years of hospitality management I personally would never put my employees in the line of fire like you did. I've been taught to take care of those that take care of me / my hotel. That being said hopefully the next time a management issue or closure of any service within your hotel occurs you get involved. These issues are management issues take care of them throwing your employee under the bus really upset me personally. Management having empathy towards their customers and employees would have went a long...
