I absolutely love this great local shop. I've been following them on Facebook and love that they have a program where they give away bikes to people who need one and I really wanted to support this store so when my husband needed a new backpack for a hiking trip, we went there to check it out. He was able to find a great backpack that fit his needs for only $40 in good condition. It saved us time and money too because he had been considering a $200 backpack from a retail store and I said that we could go there but let's first see what this store had in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was happy to check out the other items in the store too but didn't really have a lot of time to look around so I will definitely need to come back another time. Owner took ALL my equipment, and I had A LOT of it, all good condition, top name brands. He said he would send me a spreadsheet of all my equipment that I dropped off to him, and the price that he would sell it at. He did send me a spreadsheet, but with most of my items MISSING from it. I followed up several times, but he never sent me a complete list. He told me he gets 300 shoppers per day, yet he hasn't sold anything of mine in the 6 months that he's had my equipment? Be careful what you but here , i paid 30 bucks for soccer cleets, shin guards and socks were free half way through my daughters very first practice the cleets cracked, broke off one sole on was flapping, , so yes it good for a famliy who cant afford new stuff. But they sell stuff that people trade in for other stuff, they look it over real quick ,as i saw and sell it., so jus be careful and really look over what you buy, cause i think people trading their junk in dont care if someone else gets ripped off that they get money for their old stuff ... real talk.
