I workout at FEMININE FUN FITNESS located in Warwick which makes FLORIDA BAKERY and DELI, extremely convenient to get to from either location. A great choice to refuel and sit down with friends knowing you are able to find a variety of options, something healthy and homemade, or indulge in something decadent .....either way, my friends, family and I have found its the best food around,!!

This place is awesome! I can not say enough good things about this place!! Except i do, and tell everyone! The food is fresh, homemade, real and delicious! The portion are very satisfying! I have a 15 year old son who is always hungry, and he is always more than satisfied after his usual " polish plate" , or anything else he might order. *The owners are wonderful,extremely hardworking and hospitable! *The fresh baked, cakes, pies cookies, croissants, fill the store with a very inviting aroma! You can't leave without grabbing something for dessert! *I absolutely love their line of polish products, all natural, and very reasonably priced. I never leave without my assortment of beets, pickles, sourkraut, jelly, and so many other great jarred imported goods( I always come here first before going thru ShopWrong lol) ... *Naturally I stock my freezer with their home made assorted perogies, and my fridge with their kielbasa. I'm not polish, I'm Italian, and I love good food. This is great food, and great baked goods, made from and with love, ( you can taste it) by a beautiful family! *It has now become a very special place, for my son and I to go and spend some special time, enjoying a wonderful home cooked meal, that I can afford, and don't have to cook .... Florida Bakery & Deli Polish Restaurant and so much more!!! one...

So happy we found this cute little place! We ordered a Polish Plate, which had Keilbasa, Pierogies, Stuffed Cabbage and Bigos. Alot of food,but so worth not sharing with anyone! We also split a plate of delicious Potato Pancakes. I dont recall talking much, just eating and enjoying every single bite. The young man who took the order and the 2 women in back cooking all were pleasant to us and let us just stuff our faces without interruptions :) We ordered Blintzes w raspberry sauce for dessert. Yummy! Will definitely be back again-soon! We also left with some apple cake for tonight and a few other goodies. Definitely worth the trip for authentic...

I absolutely loved the little shop. You feel as if you were actually in a little shop in Poland. The food is very different from what I am used to. But it exceeded my expectations. Everything was very tasteful and fresh. Home cooking from scratch at its finest.
