I have used this landfill many times in the past several years to dispose of household items and other bulk objects. Years ago, the staff were fair and accommodating to local residence in the area (if I came with my dog, sometimes they would let me in for free) but over the years I have seen this business turn into a company that does not prioritize the local residents, they are too busy making money off of their large contracts with out of state customers. Their prices for the local residence in the area have only gone up over time, I will never use this company again because apparently I am banned from their services because I only had $28 on me when the dump fee was $30, they told me I could drive home to pick up my wallet and go to an ATM to give them the $2, I said that’s ridiculous and they said then don’t come back. They said I am no longer allowed back at their site, all over $2. This is a perfect example of why they need to be removed from Waterloo. They are not interested in helping the local residents, they never have been. If anybody knows how I can get involved in the efforts to see them gone, please let me know. I am happy to appear or sign any petitions that will make this happen....

He was very engaging and knowledgeable. He remained professional, but we still had fun and joked around. He explained each and every process in great detail while keeping our attention. For a landfill, it didn't smell as bad as I imagined it would. They are extremely environmentally conscious and they don't receive enough credit for it. Overall, it was a super enjoyable experience and I would encourage other...
