Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Town of Seneca Falls

I was forced to rate this place one star on all levels since giving negative stars isn't an option. If giving negative stars was an option i'd rate it a -1,000. Honestly there's so much wrong here it's hard to figure out where to begin but I'll go with service to begin with. If your looking for this as a "fast" food option you'd have better luck flying to Mexico and getting the real deal it would take less time. I don't think I've ever waited less than a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive thru. If your going inside it's game over you're waiting an eternity 😭. I wish I could say this is a one off situation but it's literally every time and it doesn't matter what time of day or what day it is. it's always been like this as long as I could remember. At least the attitude of the person serving you is 50/50 sometimes they're at least apologetic about the wait/order made incorrectly/missing items other times they just don't give a single 🤬. You MUST! ensure you have a receipt and every single item you asked for in the bag before pulling away when using the drive thru. They will not answer the phone at all you will have to go back in person to speak to some one about it. Corporate Taco Bell will not do anything about it they deflect it to KFC who also does nothing. But enough about service let's move on to the food. It's literally slapped together I get minimum wage you hate your job blah blah blah it shows. The tacos are Lettuce glitter bombs with a mini slim Jim sized portion of meat. And the fried chicken is crazy soggy even the extra crispy. And even after waiting so long for food you would think it would be somewhat fresher because that's what had to be taking so long right? NO! its cold and tastes like it's sat around all day. The fries are always stale and cold. The food is just chucked in the bag with no regard on if it falls out and gets all over the inside of the bag (Cinnamon twists are the worst for this always everywhere in the bag). And lastly the "Atmosphere" I'm going to include the cleanliness in with this since the Atmosphere here mostly consists of the crappy attitude of the employees and the compiling annoyance of the customers waiting for their food. DIRTY and MOLDY! There's always visible food all over the floors and tables, spills on almost all the surfaces. The floor and wall tiles are broken and dirty. Ceiling tiles have visible water spots that look to have molded. All around the soda fountain there is mold I can only imagine what's inside of it. The bathrooms are filthy the floors look like they haven't seen a mop in years. The toilets are in disrepair wobble and are disgusting. It's Taco Bell. And in the same restaurant, at the same counter, is Kentucky Fried Chicken. If you've never heard of these, no review is going to help you. Their menus are fast food, low-end mediocrity. Or, I should say, they could aspire to mediocrity. KFC tried to call a "sandwich", what was ham and melted cheese between 2 pieces of deep fried, breaded chicken. Taco Bell recently featured a sandwich-like item that was branded by Cheetos. That's right, there were Cheetos in a sandwich/taco menu item that they sold. But if you're looking to go there, you're likely familiar with all of this. One thing you won't already know, however is that the service can be dismally slow for eat in/take out, non-drive-thru orders. This reviewer once went in to this restaurant at 7:45pm and waited in line until 8:30pm. This is "fast food" in name only. The drive thru is pretty decent though. The bathrooms could be better, and the grazing (dining) is the normal plastic, soulless, cheap fast food setup that these places are kn own for. They do a passable job cleaning the dining area (I wouldn't call it a dining room, I would call it a grazing area in the same sense as a place meant to feed cattle) and bathrooms, depending on when you go in there. I honestly can’t believe how consistently awful this Taco Bell is. It’s like they make it a personal mission to mess up every single order I place. I can’t count the number of times I’ve asked for one thing and received something completely different. Do the employees even read the orders, or do they just randomly throw things into a bag and hope for the best? And don’t even get me started on how disgustingly dirty the place is—it’s honestly a health hazard. The tables are sticky, trash is overflowing, and the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in days. It’s beyond gross, and yet they still expect people to eat there? The staff seems like they could care less, and it shows in both the terrible service and the complete lack of cleanliness. I’m never going back to this location. If I wanted to eat the wrong food in a filthy environment, I’d just make it myself...
