KFC — Restaurant in Town of Seneca Falls

Worst experience ever at KFC. I have never had such bad experience at KFC in the past. We went there today with my family and ordered a 12 Pc. Meal with 3 Large Sides & 6 Biscuits that was written on the price list as $32.99 and 2 medium drink. When we place order, the cashier asked us if we want black meat or white meat, we thought that was a choice, we said white meat. And we paid $43 for everything. After I got my receipt, I took a look and saw that they charged us 37.99 for that 12 pc. Chicken. Therefore I went back and told them that they charged me extra $5. The cashier went back and talked to her manager. When the manager came to me, the first thing is not apologize, she asked the other worker to take the board down to change the price. Later on, she found out that $5 was from the white meat, (if you change a piece of chicken, they charge you $1 for every piece. But when we took the order, the cashier never told us this) if that is the case, i told her that I don’t care about white meat or black meat, just give me the $32.99 12 pc chicken. ( I don’t know how she calculated, she took 2 dollars and some coins out and gave to me saying that was my change) ??????? If I would get $5 back, I would not argue anymore, but I can’t accept $2. And she would not tell me how she calculated and insist that is right. I refused to get back that $2, and tell her just give me all of the white meat and I will get that white meat for $43 which I already paid. But she said she is not giving me that white meat and even tell us to go somewhere else to eat. My family and kids were all starving, i can’t afford to go other places. I told her just refund me all of the $43 dollars back and I am going to reorder for the same thing. In the end, by trying this method I got more than $5 back. I am not blaming the cashier, she is actually very nice, (maybe she is new) but the manager(I am guessing she might be the owner of this KFC) is very unprofessional and rude. And her math is.........We will never come back to...

Oh where do I start... You know i worked at this establishment for a very short time, years ago. You hear so many rumors about this place only about half are true. Im not going to get into detais. But from my personal experiance latley my food is incredibly inconsistent. I would have to say 9/10 past visits ive had my order was either missing items or food was improperly constructed and therefore un appealing. Frequently they run out of soda and tea. Probonly the dirtyest most outdated bathrooms between geneva and auburn. This past november of 2017 myself and at least 9 other customers witnessed a known manager swearing and putting down 2 other employee's (yelling loud enough people sitting in the dining area stood up to see what the issue was). To make maters worse my order was incorrect and i waited neerly 12 mins for my order and the woman behind the counter said drive through customers come first and i need to be patient... I almost threw my drink at her. My most recent visit i placed neerly a 50 dollar order to feed 6 adults. After waiting 9 mins for my order to discover i had food missing only to wait anothe 3 minutes for someone to decide to go over my recipt and the food i was given. Then to wait another 14 mins for them to produce the other half of my order. I have no sudgestions for tb/kfc your just a broken restraunt and litterally no one seems to genuinly care not the cuatomers not the people who work there not managment. Im just discusted. I only go back to watch everyone struggle i know if my foods wrong before the serve it to me. Someone...

Horrible food, horrible management. worked there for a year, they store and heat taco meat in non food safe plastic (grocery bags) cancer causing and a massive health violation, cooler is condemnable, rain water leaks all over the food, the rain water overflows the raw chicken trays causing the blood to run off onto the mac and cheese and the floor, the floor tiles are in pieces and full with water, floors are full of mold, the smell is beyond anything you can imagine, “clean” dishes still cover in harden food that looks years old, green and brown metal pans (see pics) got yelled at and quit over “wasting cleaning supplies” actually cleaning is considered a waste because of how far gone the place is, please avoid this place if you like the pants you’re wearing, the oil is never changed, oil even caught fire and they used a fire extinguisher on it and continued to use the oil, manager allows smoking in the building, cigarette butts all over the microwaves by the dish area bc there’s no camera, video is after hours of me cleaning, 1st pic is the nasty trays and day old tenders 2rd pic is a fryer oil filter, they don’t even use the actual filters, just the metal, bc the filters have to be replaced after each use, manager has no interest in fixing the place as it’ll get rid of the leniency of it, place needs...
