Subway — Restaurant in Town of Seneca Falls

In one word horrible. Stopped by quickly to get son an icee, and saw a really good looking soft pretzel in the warmer on the display table. So I ordered one. She then pulled one out from freezer, looks not so good already, but I think, maybe it will puff up in microwave... Left, by the time we got to car son says icee tastes only like water. I tasted it and yup, it was terrible. Opened box containing the pretzel. It was hard as a rock. So ordered two items, not even one was even close to passable as a saleable product. Haven't seen this place cleaned in years, floors are disgusting. Never seen a nighttime breakdown of any fixtures like fountain drink tips. Cold table with food is always left open for flies to hover over when it should be closed while no customers are around. Have never seen the cold table broken down since previous management years ago was involved. Language barrier for many people is a huge problem when ordering food, seen clear favoritism towards family members vs other customers on numerous occasions. Location needs several health...
