Lost a loyal customer. I purchased mulch as I do every year. Once home and spreading it I discovered chunks of red plastic mixed in it among other debris. I was hesitant to call about the issue but did so anyway. I originally asked for a refund and was told by Eric that it would cost too much for them to do that but if I wanted to bring the pieces of plastic and debris in they would replace the bag as a courtesy. He also asked that I text pictures to him so that he could confirm it was their mulch. So I sent the photos including my bank receipt because I wasn’t given a sales receipt at time of purchase. I wasn’t too excited about having to go through such a hassle so decided not to move forward. After a short time I decided to reach out again for the replacement bag and was told the offer no longer stands. Terrible business that does not care about their customers in my opinion....

This is a gardener’s go to for happy, thriving plants. Vegetable varieties are more unusual and I’m always looking for that tomato that wows me! The perennials know our climate and bloom steadily. Went there to look around today and the daughter of the owner was so sweet and very helpful. The owner was also great . I got hanging baskets plus tomatoes plants ( the selection is amazing) plus pepper plants again amazing selection. Plus herbs my husband shuffle me out I could’ve been there all day....
