It was a little confusing at first with the intercom since we couldn’t really understand it, but someone opened the gate and met me in the front, and from there everything was clear. The process was smooth and fast. The guy who’s about 6’8” was super cool — came right to my window, I signed, and I was good to go. Empty in just 20–30 minutes....

Not sure why there are bad reviews but my experience was great. From security to the guys in the office, everyone was friendly and helpful. Arrived 0645 for 0700 appt, guard sent me directly to Door 2. Unloaded and gone by 0740.

Exit the same direction as you come in. There are signs taking you around the back of the building however that leads to the employee parking lot.
