Sunset Lanes — Local services in Town of West Seneca

First off I want to say I never write negative reviews for places. I held my husbands birthday here back in February. I had rented 5 lanes and called to confirmed. When we got there they only had 2 lanes. I graciously said that it was okay and we made it work. Then they over charged my card and billed me for 11 hours of bowling. When calling they said they were going to refund me and apologized. They gave me a partial refund and I have called now 5 times about the other refund and they keep saying they did it but to this point they haven’t. I went with my kids mother and 4 children on a busy Thursday night when a bowling league took up most of the bowling alley and the service was still very responsive, friendly and respectful. The establishment was clean, the price was appropriate and the entire staff and crowed of customers were friendly, fun and kind to me and my family.
