Bases Loaded Sports Collectibles — Local services in Town of West Seneca

Went in to trade/sell some baseball cards. I don't know anything about baseball cards, but I did know I didnt have anything that good and didn't expect much. What I didn't expect was to get talked over and talked down to by the worker that I assume was the owner. He seemed very irritated that I was there and tried to rush me out of the store, barely letting me get a word out. Said my stuff was worthless, and even though it's true, that's very unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer that doesn't know any better. Seems like this place only polite if you're a customer or if you have something worthwhile. Try a different card shop, I bet they will...

Sunday the 22nd was my first ever trip to this store. Absolutely blown away once I walked in. Greeted promptly by Jeff and off we went discussing my needs. He took the time to answer all my questions. Took great care in handling my cards and preparing them for grading. Overall it was one of the coolest experiences I've had walking into a collectibles store. Because of Jeff, they have gained a customer for the rest of my life. I'd highly recommend them to my friends and family. If you look at how many reviews I do, I don't do many. I'm lazy. So by me taking the time to review them should speak...

Have known Paul and Jeff what seems like forever. Have purchased from Bases Loaded since the late 1990s. Cannot find more honest helpful people than those two. They will make a list of what items and/or teams you follow, and notify you when they have an item on your list.

Also have gone to several autograph signings at their place over the years. Thanks to that, I have items in my collection of Buffalo Bills Football memorabilia that I wouldn't have otherwise !
