He will always find time to fit you in eventually, but I would recommend the garage for basic maintenance like replacement parts, new tires, lube oil filter, inspection, things of that nature, theres too much work to do complete engine rebuilds. I contacted this company regarding someone using their address to fraudulently get some tires that were purchased fraudulently on my credit card to their location. I spoke to ED, the owner, he wasn't concerned or surprised at all almost as if he has this type of thing happens in his shop all the time. He began to question me as if I was the culprit when I was trying to inform him of the situation. When I wouldn't let him give me the third degree he hung up in my face. BUYER BEWARE. THERE IS A THIEF at this location or a known associate of a THIEF either way if you want your financial information potentially shared or used to fund someone's repairs or life by all means test your luck just know ED isn't concerned one bit and will dismiss you if you try to advocate...

Thank you to the gentleman/owner at Burnside Auto for helping me out last night. On my way from Erie to Westfield to my granddaughters volleyball game my tire light came on. Neither of the convenience store/gas stations had air that was working😔 Burnside Auto was open & the owner was gracious enough to help me out & put air in my tires.
