I’m not gonna lie. It was pretty nice win. A smoke shop opened up in our small town, it was pretty convenient when purchasing vapes, made it to where I didn’t have to worry about trying to find a ride to the Rez anytime I needed a new geek pulse bar. I mean they are a little bit more pricier than anywhere else considering you’re usually $20 but I cloud city’s got them for $25. Needless to say, it’s where I’ve been going for the past few months now, so I’d say I have given The Shop a nice amount of my business usually spending anywhere from $40-$60 and each time I go. Like I said, I’ve grown fond of the shop and the employee that usually there each time I go is a friendly Respectable guy that usually has what I want. Oh, and the time to shop doesn’t have the flavor I want then the suggestions of other flavors are usually on point I haven’t left the shop or disappointment or unsatisfied. Sadly, I’m not sure of this said employee name, but thumbs, up to you And keep up the good work! So Izzy should make a note of the previous comment. And give the guy the credit he deserves. But sadly, I must say this Monday. July 15, 2024 I had purchased a new flavor of the geek bar pulse vape, which happens to be berry bliss, my favorite flavor that I have yet to try. I purchased the vape Monday the 15th but didn’t actually open it until the next morning on the 16th. I was definitely satisfied with the flavor. by the evening of Wednesday the 17 Th my practically brand new fresh out the box vape just randomly stopped working out of nowhere. Mind you the vape still has 86% juice and 83% battery life left. So I’m pretty disappointed at this point, but the shops pretty fair and I didn’t have no worries like I said it’s practically brand new so I figured when I brought it to the shop and brought it to their attention and showed him that I would have a replacement, So I didn’t get a chance to make it to the shop until this morning on my way into work which is Friday the 19th. I would have went the day it’s not working but I was busy and didn’t have a chance to make it there between work And and appointment. He responds Monday and if he responds with tell him usually in the first day or two or three we would replace it but since it’s been past three days, (like really just barely passed three days and honestly it’s been just three days since I actually opened the vape) but Since it’s been past three days that the best they can do is give me 50% of my next purchase on a vape. Are you kidding me? It’s Clearly, A fall TV that is at 86% and the best they can do is 50% off my next purchase so you’re telling me that I need to spend more money with them in order to get the same vape pen that I just paid for. I highly disappointment with this situation. It should be replaced at no cost to me.
