I have been going to this salon for a year now. Decent salon & friendly employees. Unfortunately, today I experienced very unprofessional contact with my hair stylist. My appointment is scheduled for tomorrow, but received a text (late morning) from her asking if I could come in today instead. I called to give a faster response, no answer. I replied back in text saying, yes, I’m in town right now. Does this work for you? No response until an hour later & I replied back, I’m sorry, I’m not in town anymore. Is my appointment for tomorrow still on? No response until 7:00 pm tonight saying, she is not available. I’m sorry, but that information should have been disclosed in the earlier text. I might have been able to juggle my other appointments around had I known that I do not have an appointment now & a week away from...

Not impressed with our visit today. Appointments were booked for a certain time and the stylist took it upon herself to change the times without asking if it was ok to do so.... i had reserved with a credit caed and it was past the window to cancel without having to pay full service fee. What if i couldnt have made the new time work? Very inconsiderate...... I Paid $60 for 2 womens haircuts and didn't get a wash and style. I shouldn't have to ask for it to be done when it's part of the service I paid for. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this salon and unfortunately I will not be back....

Summer always does an excellent job! She listens to what you want and will work hard to give you the results your going for. I’m so glad I started going to her and I’m sad that I’ll be moving away and can’t continue using her as a stylist.
