JRECK Subs — Restaurant in Town of Wilna

Came here since we were in the area and have been meaning to try Jreck subs and it was such a great experience! The staff was all so friendly and explained the menu as it was our first time trying it out, and it was made fresh and quick! They have a nice little seating area along with free drink refills which is a plus!!! As we got 2 Full Sub meals with Sweet potato fries And cookies; Chocolate chip & Macadamia Nut The Subs were very delicious and the cookies!!! But the fries were pretty crunchy and tasted a little burnt Probably their regular fries would be better, I'll have to try next time! But overall their subs are super delicious! Love their assorted sub rolls their Garlic one is they Also could use some more condiments to add on sandwiches like Banana...

Went in like 45 mins before closing and the bigger girl im assuming the shift lead because she always the one in their on nights was extremely rude, when i asked for ranch for my fries she threw it in their with a major attitude. it’s not the first time either anyone who goes in their relatively close to closing she cops an attitude. I’m not normally one to leave reviews so when i do you know the service is horrible. Ridiculous that someone in management acts like a child when we don’t even go in close to closing . definitely lost a customer unless it gets made right and she gets talked to cause that behavior is...

This establishment has gone down so bad in the past few years. Staff is very rude and act like you're bothering them. They play foul music and Im talking real foul!!!! They refuse to answer the phone when you call there specially on the weekends. I did at 1 time give this restaurant a 5 star rating and would eat there 3-4 times a week. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would and barely eat there now. I've worked fast food (Jrecks being one) for many many years and the way this staff runs this establishment is by far disgusting, and very unprofessional!!! DO BETTER FOR...
