Had found this store in March. With their high rating I expected at least standard service if nothing else.
I ordered a cross necklace for a christening well over a month before it was needed. The date it was needed was fully communicated by me and noted on the receipt for the deposit. Paid my deposit and was told I'd be updated by email the next week. That update never came. Weeks go by, I stop in, told that they expected it within days, that they'd call me. They've never reached out to me once about the necklace, about any delays, or seeking an alternative. Not a single effort was made to let me know. Entire onus was put on me to babysit them, even after being told multiple times they'd update me.
Day before christening I walk in fully expecting it to be there because last time I stopped in I had been told that it was expected within days. They say they never received it, and only then does she say "I was just about to call you". The entire time through this process I never received a call or email but now I'm supposed to believe that it was even a consideration for them.
There's no reason to put yourself through this. Especially with a company that can't make good on their own deadlines with communication.

It's so nice to have a store like this close by and not have to run down to Woodlawn for Irish food. The owner is very...
