Jean is amazing! Very personable and there to help you meet your goals! I've lived in a number of cities and have had many different forms of pilates classes...mat & equipment. This was my first introduction into classical pilates and I am hooked! By following the classically method with Jean's direction I was able to reduce my lower back pain and shoulder tightness. The studio is warm and inviting with every piece of classical equipment you would need. Classes are just the right size and the 1 on 1 privates really help you gain perspective on what your body needs to help you move toward uniform...
