My family absolutely loves this store. Being away from our family back home in California, we donāt get Filipino food and Filipino treats on a regular basis. Being able to come and shop here helps us get a little taste of home to lift our spirits. Our kids always ask to go on walks... but really, I suspect they only want to end up here, lOl.
Everyone who works here are cool people - weāve never had a bad experience. Ron, the owner, is always super nice. I donāt know the other gentlemanās name because heās usually nonstop stocking, but the energy I get is like your wise, but funny tito. Micah(sp?) is super sweet. Alec (or it might be āAlexā, hard to tell with masks on) is the ānewestā member and heās chill and super helpful.

It's super close, the hours are great for a small store, and they have tons of Asian products that can compete with places like Central Market. The owners and their employees are super friendly, the have siopao warmed up at the counter, and they also get some baked goods from the local Filipino caterer in town! Definitely one of my go-to spots...

Luckily only got a small amount of food so I'm not out a ton of money.
