I and my friend came in the late afternoon on a Saturday. There was 4 to 6 employees sitting behind and front of the counter. They all gave friendly greetings. We proceed to start looking for what we require. We kept looking and I really thought by now with all of them sitting up front one of them would ask if we needed assistance. Wow, not one of them did I had to go all the way back up to the front to ask for help. There were other people in the store also and no one asked them if they needed assistance. From what I understand this is. A new store it was clean has a nice supply of items needed. It just greatly lacked Customer service. I could understand that if they were very busy and that a customer needs to wait for assistance. But there was only two other people in the store. I called the store and not only did they have it stored safely, but Lori dropped it in the mail and sent it priority within TWO HOURS of my calling her. She sent me a photo of the receipt and delivery date at my destination. Losing a credit card on the road can be a disaster, but Lori truly saved us. As another step above and beyond, she refused payment for the shipping costs and told me simply to pay it forward. After finishing in Plymouth, I went back to this establishment. The owner saw me and explained what happened. We both laughed. It was a silly action that should not have happened. I left.
