I'm so happy the Classic Shop is back in Tremonton!!! I used to go there as a young teenager with my Mom and we both loved we could both shop in that store! My friend and I just noticed your store and I am very pleased that you have included the plus size selection for us more voluptuous Women, lol! We like to buy cute clothes too and most places don't bother to think about that... Loved the wonderful young lady working there as well! She was so very helpful and and an asset to your business! She was working the evening of 7-15, so you will know who to thank for doing a great job! If you happen to be reading through the reviews and see the review from Yenisse Dewey and fdewey323, please disregard those reviews. I happen to be in the store at the time of their service. The customers very upset about the return policy that is clearly stated on the receipt. They belittled and bullied the poor teenage girl that was working there. One of the owners came in to try to work things out with this couple, however they were nothing but ignorant and disreslectful. The Classic Shop workers handled these extremely rude customers with such grace and kindness. I was truly impressed. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. This store has to be the worst in its return policys. For a clothing store that does not give you the options in return and only will exchange products. These small businesses want us to support them. But will not have the same policy's as a national clothing stores. Being in a small town as this a customer should mean everything to make them happy and want repeat business from the customer. My words will be heard. What company does not give owners name and contact info. Sounds like a company that wants to hide something. I would have given a zero stars...
