Twisted Sugar — Restaurant in Tremonton

I am soo sad to write this but today was my worst experience here and I’ve been a frequent customer for 4 months now. Surprisingly nobody was in line or in the lobby so happily I pulled and sat at the window for 3+ minutes and honked once after waiting (they had a sign one time saying to honk if nobody was there, and I had NO problem with that) and as soon as I honked a girl came to the window rudely saying “we were helping a customer in the lobby.” And had the WORST snobby face and customer service I have ever experienced here. She barely said a word and didn’t ask for my phone number or anything. Then when I pulled up to the next window the next gal pretty much shoved my stuff at me and shut the window as fast as she could without any words except “yep” and when I pulled away I saw nobody in the lobby. In a rush or a pinch I understand the frustration and the “hurry” attitude, but when it was empty I see zero reason for such rude disrespectful behavior. Won’t be coming back for awhile...

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered 4 drinks and 4 cookies. They didn’t ask me for my phone number. I told them I had 5.60 on my credit and they said they had a new system and couldn’t figure out how to find them. So I gave them a $10 gift card and they couldn’t figure out how to use it on their new system, so I had to pay full price. It makes me upset because I was not planning on paying full price. Also if you are going to change your computer system you need to do training so when they are there by themselves they know how to do it. Very frustrating. Horrible cookies, I am not sure what they are going for here. Cookies are served nearly frozen-ice cold (maybe it's just me but I like my cookies warm or at worst room temp), half raw, and super grainy like the sugar didn't dissolve all the way when baked. Tried heating up the chocolate chip cookie when we got home but it was still like I stated above, just warm now.
