I did an upgrade on my two lines back in September through online. Once I received my phones I went into the store to get them activated. Since September my bill been higher than expected. I was offered promos instead the online customer care was billing me full price. I explained my issue to Angel that I been experiencing for 3 months. Angel then directed me to speak with Chris Kelly which I believe he is a Lead Loyalty Rep for the company. They were the best! They both understood my concern and executed the problem. If you ever need a problem solved look for them. I been with sprint since 06ā thatās now T mobile and glad that the day I went in a representative from sprint was at the store....
