The reviews about poor management are 100% accurate. I called to set up a group account and enroll 6 people and was only given about 90 seconds of a phone call before John cut me off and started forwarding my calls to voice mail. I tried calling him back multiple times and even stopped by to try and catch someone at the gym to get people of the group registered. Then I tried calling Michelle and got the same results, no return phone calls. I called for 2 days hoping one of them would call me back. Instead I ended up enrolling with Snap Fitness in Pueblo because Alex and Josh answer phone calls. They now have 8 new happy patrons.
