(Summery) First I'm talking about the play-place, it was a disaster, it was totally unsafe for children, so be warned! The food was seemed like it wasn't safe to eat, I was very nauseous after my first bit. (The following is every thing in detail.)
Very poor quality of food. All of my family's burgers had unripe tomatos, and the meat seemed almost uncooked? Plus it was lukewarm (temperature).
They were also out of regular BK cups which is probably not their fault.
As we were ordering our food the cashier jokes about doubling our burger by giving us a double whopper -add bacon instead of a double bacon cheeseburger. THEN he does! And doesn't even give us what we bought. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or not but, it still happened.
Also the employees were not pleasing to the eye, I won't say anything else since it's not my place to.
And OMGOSH their lobby was unacceptable! There was food crumbs on EVERY table. The windows were disgusting, it looked as if they have cleaned them in a long time. The floor was also disgusting...It was so gross, they really need to mop with CLEAN water! There were flies flying around which made me queasy.
I find that the safety of children is almost the most important thing in the world, so to that. The play-place was missing several components. It had missing steps and missing platforms? It was hard to tell, that's how bad it was. Also the floor in the play-place need to be cleaned very bad, there was food crumbs and wrapers all over the floor in there.
1/10 very...
Read moreWe stopped at this Burger King on our way home from a trip and we thought we would have a nice meal we were dead wrong! The bathrooms first of all were filthy. The girl who took our order was the rudest person I have ever come into contact with we told her what we wanted and she did not hear something we had said and very loudly shouted at us then I asked her if I could change my order to small size because I did not realize medium was so big she rolled her eyes and slammed her hand on the counter and when she was changing it she was rolling her eyes acting like it was so hard for her to change it. Then to top this off we waited forever to get our food. We had told her we wanted it to go and she put it on a tray and when she finally got it ready she slammed it on the counter and my sons kids meal fell on the floor she did not say she was sorry she grabbed the box out of my husbands hands never said I will get you another one she just rolled her eyes again and then my husband told her it is to go she got mad at that and we would have complained to the manager but he was just as lazy and rude I would not recommend this place to anyone she did this to every customer we saw and if they do this all the time I do not know how they stay in business I am calling the BK corporation because we have never been treated this way ever. If you don't want to be in customer service then don't...
Read moreUpdate: ordered the brisket whopper and a brisket whopper jr. No brisket. I called. Big huge sigh when I told them the problem. Wanted me to drive back up there. The worst customer service ever.
My husband went through the drive through with a rather large order. There are 6 of us. We eat BK frequently. The computer went down while he was ordering, but that wasn't the problem. After he ordered and received his bags, he checked the order. You have to do that at all the fast food places here. The HUGE ISSUE he had was when he found items were missing. Never have we EVER been told to give back the bag because they didn't believe us. That's what the employee did. He insisted that he put the food in the bag, demanded the bag back so he could double check, and then said that he was instructed to do so by his manager. RIDICULOUS! If we already paid $75 dollars for the meal, why would I try to steal 2 burgers?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! Husband is pretty upset, and BK joins Sonic in the list of places he will not go for the entire family. IF BK sees us again, they'll be lucky to get $10. If the manager actually told him to do that, some SERIOUS customer service retraining is needed...
