Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Trinidad

A few problems in the past has been resolved and the pizza perfectly cooked and seasoned. friendly atmosphere to eat in or at the table outside. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and served hot with a smile :-) will be returning with pizza made like this❤️🌻🌈 Pan pizza dough seasoned perfectly, with crust I want to eat, the sauce was just right, not too little or too much but enough to taste and the cheese was put on perfectly. Old store manager in the house helping make pizza great again! Kudos to Devon and Eugenio for making Pizza great again!!!! They do not sell coke but can buy next door at the dollar tree and makes it ALL amazing❤️ Return visit to Pizza Hut with another amazing review. Phillip is the chef tonight. did not think the experience could be better however he adds a touch more seasoning to the crust but consistant with what i have had but a touch more flavor. The only thing left at the end of this meal was an empty box, happy tastebuds and a satisfied tummy. Love this Pizza Hut it just keeps getting better when it was already amazing!!!!! Kudos to this store for amazing pizza and excellent customer service with a friendly staff ❤️ If you have read down thus far I have gone back to pizza hut on freedom rd and tried their stuffed crust pizza. with the new caramelized onions, garlic (i was expecting garlic seasoning but was surprised and impressed they used real garlic), and of course pepperoni. the crust stuffed with cheese was almost like a dessert at the end of the pizza, with added marinara as a dipping sauce for the crust. eugenio and his staff are rocking amazing pizza again!!!! one of these days we will have to try their wings!!! highly recommend trinidad co Pizza...

This Pizza Hut can't seem to get an order right. EVER! The people on the phone have a hard time listening and never seem to know about the menu or what is on certain specialty pizzas. I have ordered from this place numerous times and something is always wrong. This order I got something I didn't even ask for and they forgot to cut the dessert cookie. Thankfully I know how to cut a giant cookie just like a pizza. The bottom line is these people are in the service and food industry. Part of that is paying attention to what the customer says and asks for and then bringing the customer exactly that. Not forgetting to cut a dessert cookie, don't forget the sodas & not come back, don't add toppings I don't want, and take a little pride in professionalism. Learn your job & learn your menu so I don't have to listen to you on the phone yelling across the shop to the 1 employee who knows the menu. Very sad and I'm sure corporate Pizza Hut would be highly disappointed! I will not order from this...

I ordered a meal deal (personal pan pizza & a side) and was given a 40 to 50 minute wait time. I was hungry but there aren't a lot of options in Trinidad for delivery plus it was getting late. After about half an hour I got an update that my order was being delivered by a 'dasher' so that it would be delivered earlier. Yay, I thought, being hungry. Well the time for my early delivery passed without any pizza. Then the time I was originally given came and went, still without pizza. After 10 minutes or so trying to get a local human on the phone I got someone at the trinidad pizza hut. I was told that I had to contact Doordash, because the order was sent via doordash. But I didn't order through doordash, so they have no record of my order. When I tried to explain this to the pizza hut worker in the trinidad store, he hung up on me. I tried calling back for almost an hour. Despite it being an hour before closing, I was unable to get anyone to answer. I will be complaining in...
