Woodys Furniture Trinidad — Local services in Trinidad

“Outstanding” is not a stretch! Wow, people, service, product & price – I couldn’t be happier. They’ve settled it, Woody’s Furniture will be our first stop for future home appliances and furniture needs!

Called this morning wondering if a local store could do better than the big name/box stores 1) I’d have to drive over an hour to visit or 2) Delivery date was a week or more away. With a freezer full of meats on the fritz, I wasn’t very hopeful when I called Woody’s. I’m so glad I was wrong!

WITHIN THREE HOURS of calling (including one hour drive time, one way), their friendly delivery crew had a new freezer unwrapped, plugged-in & leveled in my home. Great product at a fantastic price, a slightly smaller but very comparable – same name brand – freezer was $200 more at L_wes.

Our Dryer went out this week and we have been so busy!!! On the way home today we started to do an Internet search and found Woody’s furniture of Trinidad,CO. Saw they had dryers that you could order and started to research the make and models. Called the Trinidad store and talked to a very helpful young man. By the time we got home and finished researching. We called the Trinidad store again- because the young man was going to check the back room for electric dryers- which he had done and then told us what he found. Long story short we ordered the dryer and should be here less than a week!

Customer service is exceptional whether you speak to an owner or one of their employees!

Their top priority was meeting my needs, and they put in the time to do just that. An impressive, rare, characteristic that I appreciated the most was that they were honest about the various products I asked about, even when they knew the answer would not make them a sale.

I live a good distance away from this store, so my transaction was totally done through phone calls and FaceTime. With their help, I am convinced that the appliance they will be delivering next week will fulfill my needs and meet my expectations. Thanks,...
