This person will help when it is convenient and purports him self as a professional and an expert. Also is paying to sort his reviews so.. factor that in that his reputation mgmt service boots all reviews that tell the truth! My experience was it was difficult to reach him, when I did he was rude as if no one has a busy schedule but him. Then, when I asked for my computer back, after he stated there was no repairs made yet, he said he lost my data and that he may be able to find it on a "back-up server" because he had to "move my data for a larger client" no kidding. I myself was busy and after a few weeks called to check on it and he said I needed to wait and see if he could find my data. When I questioned this, he yelled at me and argued. I had to excuse myself bc that is highly unprofessional and disturbing- after the original infraction- lost family photos of my babies, projects, essays etc.. I was told I would receive a call back but all I got was an invoice in email, with no description of steps moving forward or work done. Just a bill, to tell me what I already knew. I lost family photos, essays, work projects and have not even received a call back; I did reach him when I called and was argued with, blamed and overall treated very unprofessionally. I feel this person is very manipulative and strategic, based on my experience I would not recommend this person's service unless you are willing to take the risk of having this happen to you.    Read moreI had Steve do a virus scan on my computer about two and a half years ago and he solved it quickly and at a Very Reasonable Price. Last Wednesday my hard drive crashed. In the middle of a new National Launch of a Medical Product I was horrified. I figured he was my go to guy but as he dug into things, well those things began to add up much to my dismay. Fortunately with the Holidays upon us I was able to delay parts of my project. After 5 days of tirelessly working, and I mean HOURS, he got me up and running again. When I received his invoice, which made me quite nervous, my jaw dropped at the price. I said, 'Steve, this can't be right,' and he told me, "that's what I charge." Given the amount of time he put into getting me back up and running, I nearly doubled the invoice price. This guy is awesome and deserves every penny.    Read moreI cannot say thank you enough to Steve. My Windows 8 Laptop died and I did not want to upgrade to the current Windows 10 or 11 because of a legacy program that I used all of the time. That program had been discontinued in 2014 so no support was available. Steve actually loaded it onto a Windows 10 computer to make sure that it would work and then helped me find the appropriate new laptop for my use.
