We had a great experience here at Brick oven! Jay and Jack were so accommodating, Sherry the bartender was really great and helpful! We broke down about a quarter mile away and walked over here to sit and rest while we wait for someone back home to come with a part over 3hours away! First impression, they got our dog water, opened the door and was over accommodating to us! Very kind and caring. We sat for a few with water and some drinks (couple beers and wine, she even remembered the ice!) then ordered food. Food was so good we shared chicken Parmesan and had our own salads (so crunchy & fresh) and still have left overs! Everyone was taking time to talk with us and make sure we didn’t need anything else, even offering a ride back to the car since it was almost close. 100% will come back anytime we are in the area, very warm and family oriented place, good food and very kind people!! 100000 recommend you try!

Not what it used to be. I used to go there anll the time. Ever since they changed their menu it’s not the same. Prices are barely lowered for entrees but doesn’t include soup or salad anymore…. No prices on the menu. (They say use a QR code to get pricing like it’s hidden). What I ordered was chicken franchese and kids spaghetti and meatballs. My mother ordered a meatball parmigiana. The sub is small and barely had meatballs or sauce on it. The Meatballs are not good and my kid wouldn’t eat it and I tasted it and it was seasoned poorly and slightly undercooked. My chicken franchese, the chicken was over cooked and presentation was poor and the sauce was way too thick and tasted closer to a Alfredo sauce than franchese. You can pick up all the pasta and sauce with one fork which I showed in the photo. Not only that they charge an extra 3.5% if you want to pay with a card. Never going back.

Visiting from up north we have pizza shops on every corner. Pizza is a staple in the north east from the joints that purchase their shells from an industrial bakery or the shop which ferments their own Caputo, it's all delicious. So when vacationing in Florida this week I was concern I wouldn't find that neighborhood pizza joint that had the reputation for good pie but, when asking around the name that was continuously dropped was The Brick Oven and for a good reason. The pizza we had delivered was quite delicious, with chewy thick crust, and just right amount of sauce, to the traditional topping the pizza really stood on it's own and will be on our list when we return.

My wife and I recently moved to the area from Western Pennsylvania so we were excited to find this “Pittsburgh” bar and pizzeria. We’ve been here a few times and always enjoyed the pizza but something was always off about the owner. I’ve witnessed him be very mean and condescending to the people that work there. Our recent experience here on August 20, 2021 will be our last. We ordered a pizza that came out incorrectly, it had chicken on it instead of sausage. Usually I wouldn’t consider that a big deal, just make a new one and we’ll have another beer while we wait. It took 5 minutes or so for the waitress to come back to us so we could let her know and she took the pizza to the back to let them know. The owner, after pouring beers and delivering food to other customers, pulled off the chicken from the pizza! He then proceeded to heat up some sausage, throw it on the pizza, and stick it back in the oven for a minute to heat it up. We were sitting at the bar so you could see it all taking place. When the waitress delivered it back to us I asked the direct question, “Is that the same pizza?” She asked the owner and his response was to shout over to us, “There’s nothing wrong with that pizza!”. We told the waitress to bill us out, minus the pizza, and we left and went to another pizza place just down the road. I’ll never spend another dollar...

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember (grew up here) and this place used to be my favorite pizza spot, however, this place has really gone downhill this past year.

The wait time on our food has only been getting longer and longer this past year and today our pizza was done before our salad 🤦🏽‍♂️. The excuse used was there was a large party so whoever was making the salad was busy, yet somehow several other tables got their salads before us, so it seems to me like we were forgotten. I don’t do excuses.

The food is what REALLY has gone downhill and that’s a shame because it used to be so good!! The pepperoni pizza was like eating a cracker, and the margarita was just plain NOT a margarita pizza and tasted like just bland subpar pizza.

Sad to say I probably won’t be coming back anymore. I wish this wasn’t the case… I can’t count how many times I’ve been here growing up and how many people I’ve told in my life that this place WAS the place for pizza. Now, it’s just another mediocre pizza spot, with nothing...

We started eating at Brick Oven Pizza in Jan. Loved their pizza and the service. Only issues was the inconsistency of the over all operation. They were not open advertized hours, or the ovens were not ready when they opened, some ingredients were not available, pizza was made different from one visit to the next, or they kept making mistakes on our bill. We ate there 18 times in the first 6 months of the year. So we quit eating there. After 3 months away and the craving for a pizza close to home we decided to visit them again this past week. The first visit went well. Everything was great. The second visit and they were back to their normal ways. Their ovens were not ready, the slices were smaller, the ingredients were scarce and we were informed they don't do slices on Sundays (this is the first we heard of this after many Sunday visits) but they would do it this one time. The service was great and the bill was...
