The store manager named Michaela at the North Main location is terrible and so is her boyfriend/fiancé at the Brown Street location. He is a very weird and rude person. The manager at the north main location named Royetta, who goes by Roy is very disrespectful and rude not only to the employees, but to the customers as well . She has gotten into multiple arguments with customers and even threatened violence even with an employee and got physical. Roy also picked up a sandwich off of the floor. Continue to put the ingredients on it and serve it to a customer. I called corporate and I’m calling the health department as well especially given everything is on camera . most of the people who just start end up quitting a week later and it’s because of her and the way the stores are ran. I even suggested my friend work there at the Brown Street location and he’s already about to quit because he sees how corrupted everything is. Read moreWe live in Florida now so we only get to visit Penn Station when we go home to Ohio. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing 😕! We ordered $27.17 worth of food on a Friday night... just for 2 people. 2 Subs, 2 Large Fries, and 2 Large Lemonades. (Extremely Expensive!)
They totally messed up our order by confusing our Sub's. They made My Club Sub with everything on it including Mushrooms and Onions and they made my husband's Philly Cheese Steak with nothing on it but Mayonnaise. Needless to say his was not a Cheese Steak at all! No toppings, not even any Cheese! Such a Disappointment!
Of course they were Closed when we returned that Evening so we could not get the order corrected... So we had to spend another $20 to eat that night elsewhere!
We returned the next afternoon and Thankfully, they re-made the order for lunch at no cost. Unfortunately, it is just hard to get that bad taste out of our mouths from the evening before.

Read moreToday I asked the cashier, lady with glasses and curly weave, to hold the mushrooms our daughter has a severe mushroom allergy and grill will need to be cleared. She said she had a mushroom allergy. Im She proceeded to argue with me and told they cannot clean the grill. I told her Penn Station on Brown St. and the one in Englewood does. I saw her by the grill but I thought she was making sure no mushrooms. We get home and our daughter sees mushrooms on top of the chicken. She drives up there and that same cashier argued with her that they couldnt clear the grill. If she stated she had a mushroom allergy why in the world would you argue wirh a customer. The mushrooms were purposely added on top. I really believe that lady was upset because I said Brown Street clears the grill. We will not be going back to this store. Another sandwich was made by the cook. Of course the manager was outside. I do not understand. Customer service is going down hill and they do not care about the service they provide....
