Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Twice now I've had issues with this location, the first time I'd ordered the Mike's Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, the description online says, "a little spicy", my pizza was covered in red pepper flakes to the point of being inedible. I called and talked to a manager, he said he'd replace my order but wouldn't be available later that day and he would let the next manager on duty know. When I arrived to return the remainder of my extremely spicy pizza the man at the window gave my fiance, driving the car, a hard time, and refused to replace my order so he said we'd call corporate and we left. After talking with corporate and them talking with the store I was informed that a credit would be under my phone number, awesome! Issue resolved, only when I used my credit today the pizza I received was cold. The lady at the drive thru window was unfriendly and I could tell when I grabbed the pizza it wasn't hot enough and was reaffirmed when I'd began eating the pizza. When I contacted the store I was told that, "if I returned 100% of the pizza I could have my order remade." I find that absurd and my fiance in the backround expressed the same thing, the man on the phone proceeded to tell me he didn't like the talking in the background and began arguing aggressively with my fiance in the background. Not only has the quality of the food I've received been poor but so is the customer service. I will not be returning to this...

If I could rate this restaurant with 0 stars I would. This location should really just close because there is no way that they are making money with the terrible, horrible service they consistently provide. The entire staff no matter what time of day is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Several times I have not been able to get my order or have had to wait an inexcusable amount of time to get it. Today was no different. I vowed to stop patronizing this location and went back on that vow today. And they didn’t disappoint. After waiting over an hour, after my order was not made correctly, I still didn’t have a pizza. What’s the point of owning a restaurant and then hiring incompetent, inept people? This location gives all of Donatos a bad name and should be shut down. Daytonians deserve better treatment, better food and better service. This location is a disgrace. And I e looked at the owner’s response to these terrible reviews and all he ever says is to contact donatos customer service. Do us all a favor and shut down instead of giving this review that...

Donatos Pizza on Main St in Dayton, Ohio never disappoints. I recently tried their Mariachi Chicken and Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizzas, along with a side salad, and I was blown away by the flavors.

The Mariachi Chicken Pizza had perfectly sliced chicken breast, Roma tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, smoked Provolone, mariachi spice, and a side of sour cream. The combination of ingredients was unique and delicious, with just the right amount of spice.

The Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza was equally amazing, with family recipe pepperoni, smoked Provolone, fresh mozzarella, crushed red pepper, and Mike's Hot Honey. The sweet and spicy combination was a total game-changer, and I couldn't get enough of it.

I did a pick-up order, and the food was made fresh and ready right on time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Donatos Pizza on Main St is definitely a go-to spot for delicious and flavorful pizzas in Dayton. Highly recommend...
