BIG REDS — Local services in Troy

My 2nd stop in after a long round trip from Waco to Austin. First time was for burger and fries. Burger was ok, but their fresh, hot french fries brought me back for a second visit. They have an unusual texture, in a good way, and I got a big bag of them to go. I was hungry, so I ordered the 3/$1.99 hot wings which took 6 minutes, and they were awesome! Drenched in Frank's hot sauce, they hit the spot. My cashier was SUPER friendly and went way out of her way for us, so for me the service was great. Definitely going back my next trip. I love small town business but this store has serious issues. They have employees drinking in coolers, stealing from the store and stealing money from tills. I watched the managers stock the newest tobacco in the front and not put it behind the older. The store itself needs fixing up and cleaning. They have a pipe leaking in the kitchen which is a health hazard. There is no portion control in the kitchen. The girls working the counters have foul mouths and are rude to customers. They stand outside smoking while there is a line waiting for them and have attitude when they have to come in. Where is the...

Stopped in this morning to get some breakfast sandwiches… at first I didn’t think anyone was in the store after standing at the counter for 3 minutes. Guy finally got up from behind the counter somewhere… I asked what was in the breakfast sandwiches and he went OFF!!! I obviously disrupted him and was a bother to deal with I guess….. I hve been in many times with no problems with the ladies running it…. But this guy was very rude!!!!!...
