JALISCOS TROY MEXICAN RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Troy

I placed an order with multiple items including a beef burrito which ended up being chicken. I got home it got halfed between someone and myself. When I noticed it was chicken instead of beef I called and let the restaurant know they messed up and they didn't deny. They said I can get 10% off next time. I asked if I can just get what I payed for and the worker attitude got worse. She said in a smart tone that I can just bring the one I had to trade for the one I payed for but half had already been eaten by the person I shared with. On top of that I don't live next door and after the last 4 years of rising gas prices I figured the least they could do is give me what I payed for and let me keep their mistake as an incentive for the extra time and gas I now have to use for what they did wrong. I came to get my order yesterday from this restaurant and I was really disappointed. I don’t come here that often, but when I do there is always this very nice lady that asks me about my day and she double checks my order is correct and I am never left disappointed. Yesterday my order was completely wrong, and the service was not as nice and my tacos were cold. I’ve been to this place probably about a dozen times. It’s a little hole in the wall type restaurant, but is really charming and has great food! The queso and guacamole are fantastic! I haven’t really tried anything that I haven’t liked yet except maybe their breakfast burritos but that’s only because the egg to meat ratio is off (they pack a ton of eggs but barely any bacon or sausage).
