Only place in my town. Brought my ring In to get fixed because My diamond fell out. When I picked it up, It was missing more diamonds then when I dropped it off and the MAIN reason I brought it in was never fixed. They never called me to tell me my ring was ready. When I called to ask about it, it was ready. WHAT A JOKE. The diamond was still loose. Fell out 1st day I wore it, they only charged me $10 for the fix, but it’s kinda of slimy and snakey to not mention the parts that were broken since dropping it off. You guys should have fixed what y’all broke. It’s okay if you couldn’t tighten the diamond but don’t ruin my ring more than when I dropped it off. Take responsibility, if you can’t fix it then just tell me instead of trying to and making it worse. I did not go back. If you messed it up the 1st time ain’t no way you can fix it. You guys owe me a diamond. Be cautious going here I wouldn’t waste my money going here at all They definitely belong in Troy and uphold the Troy...

Bought a ring to them on Tuesday afternoon and was told same day would not be available, and was assured the ring would be ready by Friday. Upon following up that Friday @ noon, I was told that it was in fact NOT READY. Next thing you know my ring is now suddenly ready within 20mins, no apology no explanation. My wife dropped off her rings to have them cleaned and dipped, asked to me go pick them up later on that week, they refused to give them to me even though I had the receipt and pick up ticket I guess I didnt "look right" ..I actually had to call my wife and confirm I was who I said I was ..even though they had no way of confirming who she really was ????eventually they gave me the rings that was 3 years ago...
